There are three types of bonnet designs for Taiwanese forged steel globe valves. The first type is the bolted bonnet type, which uses male x female joints, spiral wound gaskets, and is made of F304/graphite. A ring joint gasket can also be used upon request. The second type is the welded bonnet type, which employs threaded leak-proof welded joints. A full penetration welded joint can also be used upon request. The third type is the pressure seal bonnet type, which features a threaded pressure seal bonnet joint.
