We offer various heat insulation and heat-resistant materials with heat resistance temperatures ranging from 100 to 1800 degrees, from material selection to processing.
We handle the following types of rigid and flexible insulation materials: - Heat resistance temperature: 100℃ to 1800℃ - Main raw materials: glass fiber, cement, mica, calcium silicate, ceramic fiber, etc. - We offer a variety of products, from those with high strength that can be used as structural materials to those with lower strength but superior insulation performance compared to still air. - If you provide us with information on necessary properties such as heat resistance temperature, usage environment, and application, we will select the appropriate materials and provide documentation and samples. - If you send us drawings, we can use machining centers and NC lathes to perform processing such as cutting, drilling, notching, and thickness grinding, and deliver the finished products (orders for materials only are also welcome). - We can accommodate order quantities ranging from 1 to 50,000 pieces. - Our products do not contain asbestos and serve as an alternative to asbestos.
