Additionally, the materials can be classified into the following two categories: - Rigid insulation materials (hard materials like stone or plastic) While they have slightly inferior insulation properties, they are used as structural insulation materials in areas that require strength due to their durability. - Flexible insulation materials (soft materials like cotton or sponge) Although they lack strength, they excel in insulation properties and are used in areas that do not require strength.

We handle the following types of rigid and flexible insulation materials: - Heat resistance temperature: 100 to 1800 degrees - Main raw materials: fiberglass, cement, mica, calcium silicate, ceramic fiber, etc. - We offer a variety of products, from those that are high-strength and can be used as structural materials to those with lower strength but superior insulation performance compared to still air. - If you provide us with necessary characteristics such as heat resistance temperature, usage environment, and application, we will select the appropriate materials and provide you with documentation and samples. - If you send us your drawings, we can process the materials using machining centers and NC lathes for cutting, drilling, notching, thickness grinding, etc., and deliver the finished products (orders for materials only are also welcome). - We can accommodate various order quantities from 1 to 50,000 pieces. - Our products do not contain asbestos as an alternative to asbestos. Material dimensions: - Thickness: 0.1 to 100 mm - Length x Width: board and sheet materials of 900 x 1200 mm, 1000 x 1000 mm, 1200 x 1200 mm, 1000 x 2000 mm, etc. We also have round rods, pipe-shaped, fabric-like, and cotton-like materials.
