Insulation material and heat-resistant material Miolex PMX-561 machining.
We are manufacturing machine parts by machining the heat-resistant insulation board, MIOREX PMX-561, which has a heat resistance temperature of 500℃, using machine tools.
Miolex PMX-561 is a rigid insulation board made by laminating sheets of glass fiber and solidifying them with an inorganic binder. It has high strength and can be used as a structural material. Additionally, it does not contain asbestos. Our company processes this Miolex PMX-561 using machining centers, NC lathes, and other machine tools to manufacture industrial components such as insulation boards for resin, rubber, die-casting molds, and molding machines, as well as insulation materials for heaters and electric furnaces.
