High-strength FRP laminated plate cutting processing
We are machining high-strength FRP laminated plates using machine tools to manufacture electrical insulation components and mechanical parts.
High-strength FRP laminated boards are sheet-like laminates made by layering sheets impregnated with epoxy resin and glass fibers, then heating and pressurizing them. They are thermosetting resins that excel in strength and electrical insulation. In addition to electrical insulation components and mechanical parts, they are also used as structural components to replace metals, leveraging the characteristics of high-strength FRP.
basic information
The overview of high-strength FRP laminated boards is as follows. <Physical Properties> Heat resistance temperature: 120–150°C Bending strength: 400–500 MPa Compressive strength: 400–500 MPa Impact strength (Izod): 5–6 J/cm Thermal conductivity: 0.3 W/(m·k) Specific gravity: 1.75–1.95 The above values are measured values and not guaranteed values. The heat resistance temperature is a guideline and may vary depending on usage conditions. <Material Dimensions> Thickness: 1–50 mm Length × Width: 1000 × 1000 mm, 1000 × 2000 mm, etc., for plates and sheets There are also round rods and pipe-shaped materials.
