- Miorex PMX-573 is a rigid insulation board made by laminating fiberglass sheets and solidifying them with an inorganic binder. - It has high strength and can be used as a structural material. - It does not contain asbestos. - Our company processes this Miorex PMX-573 using machining centers, NC lathes, and other machine tools to manufacture industrial components such as insulation boards for resin, rubber, die-casting molds, and molding machines, as well as insulation materials for heaters and electric furnaces. <Physical Properties> Heat Resistance Temperature: 250°C Bending Strength: 100–150 MPa Compressive Strength: 150–200 MPa Impact Strength (Charpy): 1.5 J/cm² Thermal Conductivity: 0.3 W/(m·k) Water Absorption Rate: 2.0–5.0% Specific Gravity: 2.0–2.2 Obtained "Non-combustible" certification for railway vehicle materials combustion test (Vehicle Material Combustion Test: 3-128K) for thicknesses of 5mm or more.
