Equipped with a newly developed nano-focus X-ray tube! 【Industrial X-ray CT】
Equipped with a newly developed nano-focus X-ray tube, the reproduction performance of fine areas has further improved.
The new "FF35 CT Semi," equipped with a newly developed 160 kV nano-focus X-ray tube, has been born from our industrial X-ray CT, FF35 CT. With a dual tube configuration of 160 kV nano-focus and 225 kV micro-focus, it covers a wide range from ultra-high resolution to thick samples in a single unit. By observing internal structures non-destructively, it identifies the cause of failure before proceeding to destructive analysis, improving the speed and success rate of the analysis. 【Features】 ✅ Dual X-ray tube configuration to meet diverse needs ✅ Captures fine structures down to 150nm in clear 2D images ✅ Stabilizes temperature with a granite-based manipulator ✅ Intuitive and easy touch panel operation For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.

New HDP target for 225 kV microfocus tubes introduced. Achieves high-speed and high-resolution inspection with high power density.
The FF35 CT and FF85 CT of Comet Yxlon are characterized by high flexibility and exceptional precision due to their dual-tube design. They are utilized in a wide range of fields, including semiconductor packaging, additive manufacturing, automotive parts, and materials research, demonstrating their capabilities in environments where rapid and high-precision visualization of internal structures is required. Furthermore, these systems have now evolved further. A new high-density power (HDP) target has been adopted for the 225 kV micro-focus directional beam tube, which can be mounted on both models. While maintaining the same housing size and water-cooled focal stability as before, the output density has been doubled. This results in reduced inspection time, more detailed image acquisition, and long-term stable performance.
