The automatic grease dispenser "Shimalube" enables precise and reliable lubrication! By generating gas in the container using a gas generation device, it pushes out grease, allowing for a proper amount of grease or oil to be supplied fluidly, extending the lifespan of machines and reducing costs. The gas used is H2 gas, which is harmless to the human body. We offer a wide variety of greases, and if you have a specific grease or oil in mind, we also sell empty containers only. Available capacities are 15ml, 30ml, 60ml, 125ml, and 250ml. The maximum discharge pressure is 5 bar, and remote installation is possible up to 50cm, allowing for installation in any direction. Shimalube is an automatic lubricator that can perform continuous lubrication over a long period. It already has a track record of one million units in Europe. It does not require battery replacement (up to 12 months) or an external power source, allowing for continuous lubrication day and night. The lubrication period can be set arbitrarily within a range of 1 to 12 months, and the discharge amount can be adjusted according to environmental conditions and grease characteristics, with the ability to stop and resume lubrication during use.
