[Case Study] Interroll Corporation's Dynamic Storage
A case where the fork guide line is shorter than a standard pallet rack, resulting in improved work efficiency!
We would like to introduce a case where we developed and implemented a flow-type storage rack by combining Interroll's pallet flow and Sanshin Metal Industry's racks. Rollers for two openings are arranged for one beam. This shortens the fork aisle compared to conventional pallet racks, increasing work efficiency. Additionally, Koshiba System Service is utilized by many companies across the country, regardless of industry, including large enterprises. 【Case Overview】 - Rollers for two openings are arranged for one beam. - The wider opening allows forklifts to access the bottom level. - By utilizing this rack, products that were only allowed to be stacked directly with 2-3 pallets can now be stored up to 4 pallets high. - The fork aisle is shorter than that of conventional pallet racks, increasing work efficiency. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
