With the new technology of the pressure conveyor, it can beautifully process horse mackerel and gizzard shad simultaneously. It allows for ultra-thin peeling that leaves the silver skin beautifully intact. The processing capacity is 50 to 80 fish per minute, with a cutting effective width of 350mm.
