[Case Study of Environmental Equipment Installation] Chlorine Gas Absorption Tower
Removal of inlet concentration of 10 vol% to an outlet concentration of 0.5 vol% or lower! Introducing a case study of a chlorine gas absorption tower.
We would like to introduce a case study of a chlorine gas absorption tower delivered by E-Techno. The inlet concentration was reduced from 10 vol% to below 0.5 vol% at the outlet. The processing gas volume is 1800 m³/h, and the target gas for removal is chlorine gas. Additionally, caustic soda is used as the absorbent, and the circulation layer is 20 m³. 【Case Study】 ■ Industry of Delivery: Chemical ■ Designed and Installed Equipment: Chlorine Gas Absorption Tower E730 Series ■ Processing Gas Volume: 1800 m³/h ■ Target Gas for Removal: Chlorine Gas ■ Gas Temperature: 40℃ ■ Designed Removal Rate: Reduced from inlet concentration of 10 vol% to below outlet concentration of 0.5 vol% ■ Absorbent: Caustic Soda ■ Circulation Layer: 20 m³ *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
