By the Act Partially Amending the Food Sanitation Act, promulgated in June 2018, a positive list system was introduced for food utensils, containers, and packaging, under which only substances that have been evaluated for safety may be used. This system came into effect on June 1, 2020, and the transitional measures expired on May 31, 2025. You can check the compliance status of our products, effective as of June 1, 2025, from here.
