We will be holding the 2024 Cutting Heat Treatment Research Meeting (ZOOM Online). 【Introduction to Seminar Content Part 1】 We are pleased to have Professor Emeritus Yamane from Hiroshima University Graduate School of Engineering as a speaker, who will give a lecture on the effects of cutting oils from the perspective of cutting conditions. It is known that the effects of cutting oils vary significantly depending on "cutting conditions," such as the work material, tools, the method of oil supply, and machine tools. In this lecture, we will consider the reasons behind the relationship between cutting conditions and the effects of cutting oils, and explain the thinking necessary for effectively using cutting oils.
