Wastewater treatment device using microorganisms "BioAlcy"
Achieving low running costs through unique know-how. This device minimizes the generation of industrial waste and has a low environmental impact. [Case studies and technical materials are currently available!]
The microbial wastewater treatment device "BioRC" enables high-performance treatment in a compact space, allowing for automated, unmanned stable operation at a low running cost due to its unique know-how. It breaks down pollutants into carbon dioxide and water using anaerobic and aerobic bacteria. Additionally, it specializes in microbial treatment through a bioreactor, resulting in very little waste generation and minimal environmental impact due to its high decomposition capability. There are numerous successful implementations in food factories and automobile factories. Case studies and technical materials are also available. 【Here are some examples】 ■ Installation site: Confectionery production wastewater (river discharge) Company S ■ Wastewater volume: 140m3/day ■ Installation area: Approximately 150m2 (including the area of various tanks) ■ Annual maintenance cost excluding construction costs (including monthly regular inspections and analyses): Approximately 4.8 million yen/year ■ Treatment unit cost: Approximately 94 yen/m3 *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
basic information
**Features of BioRC** - No excess sludge generation, eliminating the need for dewatering equipment - Automated control for stable operation without human intervention, utilizing unique know-how - Easy breakdown of solid matter, no pretreatment required - Initial investment not required despite being a capital investment - Space-saving due to high-performance processing - Microbial treatment: Anaerobic and aerobic bacteria finely decompose pollutants into carbon dioxide and water - Minimal sludge generation: SS and oil are also decomposed, preventing sludge formation - Installation area: Sufficient with approximately 20-50% of the area of conventional systems - Construction costs: Zero initial investment for low-cost equipment with chemical engineering - Processing costs: Inexpensive due to the absence of sludge treatment (approximately 40 yen/m3) - Overall effect: Fundamentally promotes environmental conservation and concentration *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Japan Alcy Co., Ltd. specializes in the sale of water treatment chemicals and the manufacturing and sale of water treatment plants. With our unique water treatment technology, we are actively contributing to Japan's efforts in "CO2 reduction" and "achieving the SDGs," while also enabling "sludge reduction" and "cost-cutting" simultaneously. Since the characteristics of wastewater from our customers vary, Japan Alcy investigates what is contained in the wastewater, conducts lab tests to confirm treatment conditions, and designs the equipment based on those findings before requesting the customer's decision on implementation. We also support not only the establishment of new water treatment plants but also the modification and enhancement of existing facilities. Additionally, our company has obtained ISO 14001 certification. Please feel free to consult with us.
