Output Control Function Test System for Remote Output Control Function Testing
It simulates the power servers of various electric companies and can be used for testing the output control functions of power conditioners. Testing can be conducted at any time and in any location.
This is a testing system for online output control functions in distributed power source inverters. It simulates the output control systems of various power companies using control software that operates on a PC and a simulated power server (PSS0104B) that mimics the power company's power server. Users can easily create any power plant ID and output control schedule using the control software of this system. Additionally, by uploading the created data to the simulated power server (PSS0104B), operational tests can be conducted based on the user-created schedule. Furthermore, since the simulated power server has NTP functionality, the test duration can be significantly shortened by arbitrarily changing the setting time of the simulated power server from the control software. The minimum unit for the output control schedule that can be created is 1% output and 30 minutes, which complies with the latest specifications indicated by each power company. It is also possible to build an automatic testing environment for PCS linked with our "Grid Connection Automatic Testing System." 【Features】 ◆ Simulates the power server of power companies ◆ Supports the latest output control methods ◆ Control settings can be made in 1% increments every 30 minutes ◆ DHCP, DNS, and NTP server functionalities

Since the time of the Sunshine Project at the current Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, we have developed simulated power sources, measuring instruments, power conditioners, and more, in response to requests from organizations such as the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, and Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. Based on these achievements, we have commercialized our products and expanded sales to various research institutes and manufacturers, proudly positioning ourselves as a niche leader in this field. We specialize in the development of products and systems that combine hardware and software, including simulated power sources such as solar cells and storage batteries, load devices necessary for grid connection testing, and testing systems that operate these components collectively. We also have extensive experience in solar cell measurement, and our I-V curve tracer is widely used not only for the maintenance of solar power plants but also for research and development purposes at manufacturers, research institutions, and universities. We have numerous delivery records of automated measurement systems that incorporate measuring instruments and load devices. Development of power electronics equipment that combines analog and digital technologies, development of control software using DSP, and construction of PV measurement systems are among the services we offer, tailored to meet our customers' needs.
