【Features】 ■ Detects foreign metal pieces, including broken needles that may have mixed in during the production process, as well as metal fragments in products and raw materials transported on conveyors, with high sensitivity and triggers an alarm. ■ Addresses needs across a wide range of fields, from textile factories and food processing plants to crushed stone sites. ■ It is possible to split the output signal of a single sensor to create multiple channels, or to receive signals from two sensors with a single unit. *More than three channels are also possible. ■ Detection capability Can detect small metal pieces (about the size of a pin) from a distance of approximately 60mm, and large metal pieces (M7×50mm bolts) from a distance of about 300mm. *For more detailed information, please refer to the catalog or contact us directly.
