The continuing education center "Innova" in Laitila, Finland, is equipped with the most advanced and flexible laser welding cell in Europe. KUKA Robotics, along with its system partner Kine Robot Solutions, has combined their experience and expertise to create the high-tech laser cell "Innova Lasepro." KUKA robots can operate individually, on a positioning table, or as a team, enabling the processing of large assembly components. Regardless of whether it is laser welding, cutting, or laser hybrid welding, the process is monitored by cameras.

This equipment is equipped with several technology packages, including KUKA.LaserTec and KUKA.LaserhybridTec. Additionally, it features a laser system from Appicon equipped with a laser from Trumpf, welding heads from Kross and Precitec, and a 3D cutting head from Precitec. The entire system consists of robots, an inclined rotating table, linear axes, lasers, and peripheral devices, all controlled and adjusted by KUKA KR C2.
