TV/Vacuum Dehydrator

Drying a wide range of materials without compromising quality in a low-pressure atmosphere.

■No thermal variation occurs By evaporating at low temperatures, even heat-sensitive materials can be dried gently without strain, preserving the quality and components of the materials. ■No oxidation, hygienic Since drying occurs in an environment with low oxygen concentration, it does not damage the product's pigments, making it safe for materials that are prone to oxidation. Additionally, there is no growth of microorganisms or bacteria inside the equipment, ensuring hygiene. ■30-60% energy-saving compared to hot air drying methods Because drying occurs at much lower temperatures compared to hot air drying methods, the required heat energy is reduced. TBV ■Ideal for fragile or easily scattered materials Materials are placed on a horizontally moving net and dried by forced ventilation, making it suitable for fragile and dust-prone materials. TV ■Perfect for factories with small-batch, diverse production By forcing air or parallel flow through materials placed on trays, changing the variety by tray allows for simultaneous drying of multiple varieties. It is also suitable for materials that require long drying times. It is essentially a shelf-type vacuum hot air method. RLV ■Increased thermal efficiency with a rotating drum Materials are placed inside a drum and rotated, with heat forced through ventilation from the outside. This method enhances thermal efficiency by stirring the materials.

basic information

When the air pressure is lowered, the temperature at which water vaporizes (evaporates) also decreases. By applying this principle, we maintain a vacuum pressure of -9 to 12 kPa in the drying chamber and introduce materials into it. This method uses hot air at a lower temperature than usual to evaporate moisture, making it an ultra-energy-saving type. We have prepared three types to suit different materials.
