0624 At the de-salting device for incineration exhaust gas
Examples of our equipment being widely adopted in various fields using quicklime, other chemicals, fly ash, etc.!
We will introduce an example of how we resolved a problem with the discharge of descaling agents from the flue gas treatment silo of the incinerator. Initially, there were no issues when receiving the agent from the tank truck into the storage silo, but as the storage volume decreased to a certain extent, it formed a rat hole and stopped discharging. By installing eight standard blow discs (BD-15) and using a controller (C-SV4) with four built-in solenoid valves to sequentially turn on the air for two blow discs at a time with a time delay, we achieved good results. [Challenges] - When the storage volume decreases to a certain extent, it forms a rat hole and stops discharging. - Although there are hammering devices and air aeration nozzles, they are ineffective in this condition. - Silo diameter is Ø2000. *For more detailed information about this case, please refer to the related links. *For more details, please check the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
basic information
**Countermeasures** - Install 8 standard Brodisks (BD-15). - Using a controller (C-SV4) with 4 built-in solenoid valves, sequentially turn on air for 2 Brodisks at a time with a time delay. **Key Points of This Equipment** - The strength and durability of the elastic disk (silicone) are very important from the perspective of foreign matter contamination risk. The silicone disk of this equipment excels in strength and durability. Once you use it, you will understand! - Control (how to aerate) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. A dedicated controller is also available. *For detailed case information, please refer to the related links.* *For more details, please check the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
