We received a request for the loan of a "Brodisk" from a customer in Mie Prefecture, and we would like to share a case where they visited to receive the product. The customer was experiencing issues at their sawmill where sawdust was bridging in the hopper, and even after hammering, the problem persisted, affecting their operations. They expressed a desire to install our product as soon as possible. After providing advice on the model and layout, we lent them the product.
