The online X-ray weight gauge (basis weight gauge) 'SX-1100' has developed technology cultivated through extensive adoption in the lithium-ion battery electrode manufacturing process, making it particularly suitable for the electrode manufacturing processes of next-generation batteries such as all-solid-state batteries. It can adjust the X-ray source tube voltage between 8kV and 40kV, accommodating a variety of measurement conditions. With a high-sensitivity detector, it achieves high precision even with low-output X-ray sources. Additionally, it provides high reproducibility in measurements of fine coating patterns.
