"Dataway NEXT" is an adapter device that allows terminals to connect to optical lines while keeping the existing ISDN lines, which will be discontinued around 2020. 【Supplementary Information】 ■ Dataway NEXT uses data communication (Data Connect) via optical phone, so it does not utilize the IP network. ■ Dataway NEXT requires equipment provided by NTT that supports data communication (Data Connect) using an optical phone. ■ There is no need to have an internet contract for data communication (Data Connect) using Dataway NEXT.
