POWER SWING MOT (Motor Driven) Series
Patent held! Suitable for material and component testing, especially tests requiring clearance.
The "POWER SWING MOT (Motor Driven) Series" is a resonance-type fatigue testing machine for materials and components with a test load range of 1 to 2000 kN. The test frequency ranges from 30 to 120 Hz, with a maximum amplitude of 12 mm. It is particularly suitable for material and component testing, especially for tests that require clearance. It is also suitable for low cycle fatigue (LCF) testing. 【Mechanism of the MOT (Motor Driven) System】 ■ Operates at frequencies below the resonance peak ■ Changes primary excitation based on the square of the drive speed ■ Varies the excitation frequency to change the amplitude ■ Adjusts the output amplitude using the excitation frequency *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

High-precision crack detection! Would you like to shorten your development research time with the SincoTec "resonance type" fatigue testing machine?
The SincoTec "resonance-type" fatigue testing machine can detect even cracks as small as 10μm with high precision, allowing for a reduction in development research testing time by up to 1/10 compared to the current duration. For example, simple tensile tests alone cannot reproduce damage or identify causes that are representative of real-world environments. This is because, in real environments, in addition to unpredictable multi-axis simultaneous vibrations, there are lateral accelerations, friction, and even "resonance," which is stress beyond vibration. The SincoTec resonance-type testing machine is a "durability fatigue testing machine" designed to determine fatigue limits and fatigue strength. When considering this, we would appreciate it if you could provide the following information: - Test subject, size, weight, etc. - What kind of test results do you wish to obtain? - Type of test (tensile, compression, bending, twisting, single-axis, multi-axis, etc.) - Load test weight, frequency - Any issues you are facing with your current testing machine, etc. For more details, please refer to the product catalog.
