This is a high-precision concrete filling detection system utilizing vibration analysis technology. The system, composed of three units: the main unit, terminal box, and vibration device, allows for real-time monitoring of the concrete's condition. Additionally, the software built into the main unit enables the understanding of the condition of the concrete filling area and the time of pouring.

***Features*** - It can clearly identify air, incomplete filling, and concrete, allowing the filling status to be displayed in color coding through a judgment algorithm, making it easy to understand at a glance. - It is possible to switch between color-coded display and waveform display. - The vibration device is compact and slim, enabling detection of filling in narrow gaps. - No special calibration sensors or calibration concrete are required, making preparation before use simple. - The cable for the vibration device is available in standard lengths of 5m and 20m, and can be extended up to a maximum of 50m, allowing for verification work in high or distant locations. - The filling status can be displayed in real-time, enabling measurements such as filling time. - Approximately 200 data records can be stored. - Recorded data can be output to a computer (using the included cable and software).
