At Rikei Corporation, we handle products from Transcom. The company was established in Taiwan in 1998 by engineers with experience at major semiconductor manufacturers in the United States. They produce a wide range of products, including those using pHEMT, HFET, and MESFET processes, as well as amplifier products that apply these technologies.
