Cutting coolant filtration product - stretch filter

A long-lasting filter that maintains a filtration precision of 10μ or less, regardless of the work material (magnetic materials, non-magnetic materials, abrasives).

The cutting coolant filtration product, Stretch Filter, is compatible with any processing material. Sludge accumulates from the bottom, and its weight causes the filter element to stretch. This increases the filtration area while preventing a decrease in coolant flow rate. The filter case is transparent, making it easy to check the accumulation of sludge. Additionally, there is a red line on the case as a replacement guideline, making it easy to understand the filter replacement cycle. Thanks to its simple structure, the filter can be easily replaced with one touch even while in operation. It is also lightweight, allowing it to be easily placed on a cart, and can be used for offline tank cleaning. Depending on the specified flow rate, the unit can be installed in parallel with 1 to 4 units.
