Markless Vacuum Pad HT1

Minimize suction marks as much as possible! Markless material pads suitable for the suction of resin molded products, glass, and solar cells!

This is a vacuum pad suitable for removal from injection molding machines. Schmalz has developed a markless rubber that does not contain silicone, a paint-inhibiting substance. It minimizes the occurrence of adhesion marks that can be problematic during painting, as it leaves fewer suction traces. It also has excellent temperature resistance, allowing it to hold workpieces at temperatures up to 140°C for extended periods.

The HT1 series vacuum pads are suction pads made from markless rubber that does not contain silicone, which is the source of suction marks. Not only does the material not contain silicone, but the release agent used during pad molding also does not use silicone-based oil.
