"FabALACTICA(IgdE)" is a cysteine protease that digests specific sites in the upper hinge region of human IgG1, producing intact and homogeneous Fab and Fc fragments. This enzyme facilitates the characterization of bispecific and multispecific antibodies and the analysis of intact Fc glycosylation.
