This is an inquiry from a manufacturer of industrial robots. We received sample images and conducted a simple verification. They requested to inspect the process of setting 50 non-woven fabric sheets to ensure there are no omissions. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 This time, we set the good product image provided as the master image and were able to conduct an inspection for the presence or absence of non-woven fabric. The right image could not detect the specified black pixels as set, so the left image displays a red detection frame (fail). 【Software Used】 Software used: EasyInspector The current 'EasyInspector2' color package can inspect for the presence or absence of specified colors.
