We would like to introduce a case where the "FloMax Nozzle Lance" was switched at a thermal power plant. At this location, the high frequency of nozzle maintenance was a problem, and two workers were performing the dangerous task of removing dried slurry that had accumulated on the nozzles for up to three hours every day. After the introduction, we successfully reduced costs by approximately 15 million yen annually due to a decrease in the consumption of compressor air used for injecting lime slurry.
