Cushion material "Chip Urethane"
A urethane sponge with low sagging and high hardness. A cushioning material formed by bonding chips made from crushed offcuts of soft urethane during processing.
"Chip urethane" is a recycled sponge made by crushing (recycling) the scrap sponge generated in each process, blending it with adhesive, placing it in a mold, and compressing it with steam. It is commonly used as cushioning material for furniture and sofas, characterized by its low sagging and firm core material.
