[Development Case] Tire Appearance Image Measurement System
By enhancing the captured images through image processing, we improve the operator's work efficiency! A case study in the manufacturing industry.
We would like to introduce a case study of a system developed for measuring tire appearance inspection using image processing with FA cameras, while also allowing measurements by operators. The system captures images of the tire's contact surface and performs measurements between specified points through image processing, as well as line segment measurements (length measurements) between points using mouse operations, and pass/fail judgments based on parameters.
