The "TRV Series" is a versatile dry vacuum pump (Roots vacuum pump) uniquely developed as a vacuum pump that is strong against condensable gases. The gas flow path is arranged to allow for a Down-Flow from the upper to the lower part, enabling mist and liquids condensed inside the pump, which are drawn in with the gas, to flow down to the discharge port and be easily expelled and collected under atmospheric pressure. This makes it an extremely robust pump against the inflow of mist and condensate from gases.
