We have released the VORTEX catalog [2025 edition], which includes an overview of the cloud platform "VORTEX" and the hybrid cloud "VORTEX Connect," as well as the VORTEX product lineup. VIVOTEK's cloud platform VORTEX features many user-friendly characteristics such as "connecting cameras just by scanning a QR code without the need for complex settings," "AI compatibility for all models," and "encryption and compliance with NDAA, with servers located in Japan for safety and security." It allows for easy connection anytime, anywhere, and from any device, making it easier than ever to effectively utilize recorded footage, bringing surveillance camera systems and video management closer to users. On the other hand, the hybrid cloud VORTEX Connect serves as a bridge between traditional on-premises systems and the cloud. It allows existing VIVOTEK cameras and ONVIF-compatible cameras to connect to the cloud via VIVOTEK's NVR, making it a recommended platform for customers who want to "gradually try the convenience of the cloud" while using their existing systems, thereby lowering the barrier to cloud adoption.
