Case Study: Riblet for Food Factory
As an alternative to the slatted bed, we have introduced full-flat plastic pallet riblets.
Previously, we used the so-called slatted boards (rough boards), but there were complaints about the limited standard sizes and the difficulty of cleaning and floor maintenance. The Riblet can be manufactured in any size, allowing it to be designed to fit the customer's usage environment. Additionally, the height of the leg section is 100mm, making it easy to clean the floor with a deck brush or similar tools. In the case of the food manufacturer that has adopted our product, it is being used for temporary storage of semi-finished products during the manufacturing process, as well as for the storage of raw materials and supplies. It has also been installed as a place to change into indoor shoes before entering the facility.
