Place the transfer plate on the 384-well plate containing the samples with the convex side facing up, and then invert the target plate that you want to transfer the samples to and stack it on top.

Pay attention to the orientation of the transfer plate.

Set the target plate so that it is on the outside in a swing rotor type centrifuge and centrifuge for 1 minute (3000 rpm).
