■Overview The MI11T-16V and 17V can manage the quality control of industrial products such as heavy oil, paints, and adhesives, as well as the manufacturing processes of food. They can easily measure viscosity over a wide range, such as gear oil used in construction machinery. The measurement involves immersing a rotor in the liquid and rotating it, allowing the viscosity of the liquid to be determined by measuring the resistance (torque) acting on the rotor.

■Usage Instructions 1. Attach the rotor to the main unit and set it on a handheld or dedicated stand (both should be held almost horizontally). 2. Immerse the rotor in the sample liquid, turn on the power, and select the rotor number. 3. Press start to display the viscosity. *Using rotor number 1 or 2 with the included extension cable on the MI11T-17V allows for measurements when the liquid surface is far away.
