It also excels in wear resistance and corrosion resistance. - **DLC Coating** By forming a thin film called Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) on the mold surface, it can enhance the hardness and non-stick properties of the mold surface. - **TiCN Coating** By forming a thin film called Titanium Carbonitride (TiCN) on the mold surface, it can improve the hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of the mold surface. - **Teflon Coating** By forming a Teflon resin with excellent non-stick properties on the mold surface, it can prevent resin adhesion.
