There are various materials available, including the general-purpose grade DIP-S type (heat resistance temperature 250 degrees, compressive strength 150-200 MPa), the high-strength grade DIP-P type (heat resistance temperature 200 degrees, compressive strength 500-580 MPa), and the high heat-resistant and high-strength grade DIP-L type (heat resistance temperature 400 degrees, compressive strength 420-480 MPa). 2. The standard thicknesses are 5mm and 10mm, but there are also options for 3mm, 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm. 3. The thickness tolerance for standard products is ±0.05mm, but further polishing can achieve a parallelism of 0.02mm (±0.01mm). 4. Processing such as drilling, notching, and grooving is performed according to supplied drawings, and the finished products are delivered. 5. There are also materials other than those mentioned above, such as Bakelite.
