Flexible shaft(6)
The flexible shaft is an essential element in machines, equipment, and devices that transmit rotational force (torque) to another side, allowing for greater freedom. It is a power transmission shaft that can freely adjust the positional relationship between the driving side and the driven side, provided certain conditions are met. It eliminates the need for precise alignment, which is often very troublesome in design, allowing for simple and flexible design, thus making it cost-effective. It can accommodate a wide range of speeds, from low rotations by hand to high rotations by motor. CWS (Coiled Wave Spring)(2)
CWS refers to a spring that is coiled while forming a wave shape in the wire. It can achieve stable deflection and exert strong spring force in a limited space. Compared to regular coil springs, it can provide a wider range of load characteristics, allowing a single CWS to compensate for the performance of multiple compression springs (compression springs). Its main features are space-saving and lightweight design. Additionally, compared to wave washers punched from sheet material, it has better yield and lower costs for mold forming, and it can accommodate changes in spring shape and special plate thicknesses, making it an attractive alternative to wave washers. Our company utilizes years of experience and know-how in spring manufacturing to produce CWS using a unique processing method.

A shaped wire spring is made from wire material that has a cross-section that is not the usual circular (round wire) but has irregular shapes such as square or rectangular. By using angular wire shapes, these springs exhibit superior load-bearing capacity compared to standard round wire springs (enhanced strength) and can also achieve a longer lifespan. Additionally, it is possible to make the springs more compact in size.
