Yokohama City and e-Mobility Power Co., Ltd. (eMP) have started a demonstration project, the first of its kind in the country, to install EV chargers on public roads in Aoba Ward, Yokohama City, and are verifying its challenges and usefulness. The ABB Terra 184 DC fast charger, designed for quick and convenient charging of electric vehicles, has been selected for this demonstration project and will supply power to vehicles on the designated route.
