The Electric Highway by GRIDSERVE is set to cover 85% of the UK's motorway network, as well as towns and cities nationwide. This multimillion-pound investment will be supported by ABB's ultra-fast DC 350 kW chargers installed at 50 new charging hubs, with each site featuring 6 to 12 charging units. Additionally, 300 units of 60 kW rapid chargers will be supplied, and GRIDSERVE will upgrade 150 existing sites acquired from Ecotricity to enhance reliability.
