Advanet Inc. (Headquarters: Okayama City, President: Hiroshi Sasaki) has developed the COM Express CPU module Adbc8039, which is equipped with the next-generation Intel Atom processor E3800 family. The Adbc8039 is a compact-sized CPU module compliant with the PICMG COM.0 R2.1 standard and features a Type 6 pin layout. The Atom E3800 family, known as "Bay Trail-I," is a SoC designed for industrial applications based on the 22nm generation Atom processor core "Silvermont." It also includes features such as improved media/graphics performance, ECC, industrial temperature range, integrated security, and integrated image signal processing. By leveraging these capabilities, system vendors can achieve reduced time-to-market for their systems, accelerate data-intensive applications, and lower power consumption. The Adbc8039 incorporates ECC memory to ensure reliability for embedded systems that require high dependability.
