AdEXP1587 is a low-profile PCI Express add-in card type 1G ExpEther host bus adapter. ExpEther is a technology that propagates PCI Express signals over Ethernet. The ExpEther bridge acts as a software-transparent PCI Express switch, allowing for the construction of flexible systems equivalent to Ethernet with no or minimal software changes. It is installed in PCI Express slots such as FAPC and functions as the host-side bridge for ExpEther. By connecting to an ExpEther slave adapter on the device side, it enables the extension of the PCI Express bus between different enclosures (up to 100m). Ethernet supports 1000BASE-T and ensures redundancy through a 2-port configuration. Like other products, this product can be customized to meet customer needs.
