DIN rail compatible compact edge computers ARK-1221L & ARK-1250L
Advantech has announced the latest models of its DIN rail-compatible compact edge computers, the "ARK-1221L" and "ARK-1250L." Both products are successors to the "ARK-1220F," which was released last year, featuring ultra-compact, rugged, fanless designs, as well as a wide operating temperature range (-40 to 60°C) and power input compatibility. They also support 5G/LTE, enabling enhanced efficiency and productivity in applications such as factories and smart cities. The OS supports Windows 10 and Ubuntu, making installation and integration easy. Additionally, an optional TPM chip can be added to achieve advanced security based on hardware. Thus, the design includes front I/O, making it user-friendly in environments with limited cabinets or space, such as machine vision, device control, and smart factories.

Advantech has signed a certification partnership agreement (Focused Channel Partner) for the "Advantech Global Partner Program" with Hagiwara Techno Solutions Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, hereinafter referred to as Hagiwara Techno Solutions). Hagiwara Techno Solutions offers a wide range of solutions in IT, embedded systems, and measurement, and has a proven track record of supplying many reputable companies in the Chubu region. Enhancing edge AI solutions for robotics and video analysis with NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, Orin NX, and Orin Nano.
Advantech will soon release the "AIR-030 series," an edge AI system equipped with the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, and the "EPC-R7300 series," an industrial barebone PC featuring the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano. The NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin module delivers up to 275 TOPS and offers eight times the performance of the previous generation, enabling the AIR-030 and EPC-R7300 series to provide AI developers with readily deployable and easily configurable solutions to accelerate AI robotics and vision applications. These edge AI solutions come with DeviceOn for Edge AI software, which simplifies lifecycle management of AI development, from deploying AI containers and remotely updating AI models to retraining and optimizing performance.
