RS-232 ⇔ RS-422/485 conversion! Simple model with DB9 connection.
The ULI-224D is an industrial converter that converts RS-232 signals to RS-422/485, extending communication distances up to 1.2 km. It adopts a port-powered method, obtaining power from the RS-232 handshake line, so no external power supply is required. It supports bidirectional communication and a maximum data rate of 115.2 kbps. The RS-422/485 side uses a DB9 connector, making it ideal for easy connections in control panels and on-site. It is compatible with serial communication devices such as Modbus RTU and can also be used for field services and testing equipment.
