The ULI-224TCL is an industrial converter that converts RS-232 signals to RS-422/485, extending communication distances up to 1.2 km. With 2 kV optical isolation, it protects equipment from voltage surges and ground loops, ensuring reliable communication. The RS-422/485 side uses terminal block connections, making it ideal for control panels and field wiring. An external power supply (12VDC) is required to guarantee stable operation. It supports bidirectional communication and a maximum data rate of 115.2 kbps. It is also compatible with industrial protocols such as Modbus RTU, making it perfect for use in critical equipment.
