Eida Engineering has become a sponsor of the local women's soccer team, Yunogo Belle. Although the team is located in the mountainous region of Okayama, we will support them so that they can make a name for themselves nationwide.

Our company has become the gold sponsor of the U-18 Vietnam Women's National Football Team. The national team's training camp was held in Mimasaka City, Okayama Prefecture, where we supported them as a representative of local businesses. The delegation arrived in Japan on June 17, and a welcome party was held at the Yugawara Grand Hotel. Following that, the Vietnam team engaged in training matches with the local women's soccer team, Yugawara Belle, during a 10-day training camp, working hard to strengthen the team in preparation for international competitions. The Vietnam team is scheduled to participate in the AFF (ASEAN Football Federation) U-18 Women's Championship 2022, which will be held in Indonesia from July 22 to August 4. We will continue to support them, wishing for their further growth and success.

We have completely revamped the design of the homepage for 'iAxle', handled by Aida Engineering Co., Ltd. This product is a performance-certified item by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, designed to prevent accidents caused by mistakenly pressing the accelerator pedal, providing a safe and secure driving experience. After installation, both the accelerator and brake pedals can be operated just like before. It can be used with confidence by elderly individuals and beginner drivers alike. Eida Engineering Co., Ltd. received the Special Jury Award at the 12th "Companies We Most Want to Cherish in Japan" Awards. While it is easy to put into words "management that makes people happy," it is very difficult to put it into practice. In this award, "people" refers to five groups: 1. employees and their families, 2. external employees and their families, 3. current and future customers, 4. local residents, especially socially vulnerable individuals such as people with disabilities and the elderly, and 5. investors and supporting organizations. If we make people happy, our performance should ultimately improve as well. This award system was initiated with the desire to increase the number of such important companies. The importance of this award is expected to grow even more as we work towards recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake and overcoming the deflationary economy.

The award ceremony for the 29th China Region New Business Grand Prize was held on June 3, 2021, and the project "Development and Sales of the 'i-Accel' Back Pedal Misstep Rapid Start Suppression Device" received the grand prize.
