The cut rod slides along the inner wall of the outer nozzle, which serves as a high-precision guide, allowing for a smooth filling without lateral slippage at the tip. This precise filling also improves production volume. *Available for both viscous and liquid materials.

  Chocolate filling machine(3)

  We provide containers for line-drawing chocolate, air cleaning and static electricity cleaning, and simultaneous filling and sealing of 2 to 3 tubes. A cut nozzle can also be installed as an option during the design phase. The sealing method can be selected from heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing. In the case of ultrasonic sealing, a trimming device for the sealing area can also be added.

  - A seal without "ears" (the protruding ends of the seal part) is formed using the conventional method. - The conventional ear part is shaped in an R form. - The positioning of the tube is aligned with the actual product, ensuring there is no misalignment. - A direct flame and hot air method is set for the melting of the tube to uniformly melt the seal part (patent obtained). It is also possible to create a buildup at the seal boundary. - Differences in tube diameter can be adjusted, allowing for cost reduction (part-time workers can easily make adjustments).

  ■ A band heater, etc. (with automatic temperature adjustment device) maintains a constant temperature from the hopper to the nozzle. ■ Two systems, a check valve for liquids and a switching valve for viscous materials, can be selected by changing the mold. ■ A capacitive level sensor is installed on the hopper lid to detect the upper liquid level inside the hopper and stop the liquid supply pump. ■ The hopper is equipped with a built-in stirring motor.

  Self-sufficient cream supply device(1)

  ■ Due to the self-supply system, the cream remaining at the bottom of the tank will decrease. Additionally, the packing will change from sealing to wiping the inner walls of the tank. ■ Since it is not a pressurized system, there is no burden on the cream being supplied. ■ It comes with a compact, dedicated hand lifter.
