This is a compact airflow sensor with a built-in amplifier that uses the latest MEMS technology and electronic technology in a thermal flow method.
The PMF2000 series is an airflow sensor that utilizes the latest MEMS technology and electrotechnology. The sensor demonstrates high sensitivity and excellent stability performance by converting the temperature changes of the heated fluid flowing over the sensing surface into flow rate changes. Airflow range: 10 sccm to 10,000 sccm. Temperature compensation range: 0 to 50 °C. Voltage proportional output: 1 to 5 V.
